Rodrigo has worked in the food industry for ten years, most recently with PepsiCo in its Quaker Foods and Snacks Division, focusing primarily on contracting suppliers and managing the supply chain from Mexico. He also currently serves as vice president for the Chilean Club of Chicago.
Rodrigo holds both a BS and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Adolfo Ibañez University (Chile) and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
