Chelsea M. Marcantel (PLAYWRIGHT) is a Louisiana-born, Chicago-based director and playwright who has worked with Collaboraction, The Side Project, The Hypocrites, The Women's Theatre Alliance of Chicago, The Bailiwick Director's Festival, and Gorilla Tango Theatre, among others.  Her play Beatrice & Beau won the audience choice award at The 9th Annual Sketchbook Festival of New Works, and earned Chelsea an Emerging Playwright Award from the Chicago Union League Civic and Arts Foundation.  She is a pescetarian and loves honey.  www.chelseamarcantel.net.
